By commissioning me, you are accepting the terms and conditions below. Any violation of the terms of service will result in being blacklisted.
I. General Terms:
As the artist, I retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.
Unless discussed, I retain the right to post the work to my social media.
Commissioners are not authorized to use the artwork for monetary gain unless "Tier II" rights are purchased.
Commissioners may not claim artwork as their own.
II. Payment:
Payment is accepted via ko-fi or paypal. Must be USD.
Payment must be received and finalized before I will start the commission.
I do not accept any unsolicited payments sent without confirmation of commission from me. In the event unsolicited funds are received, I am not responsible for refunding said funds.
Waiting slots will be held for 72 hours without payment.
III. Refunds:
No refunds will be issued if preliminary sketch has been confirmed by commissioner.
If order is cancelled prior to the preliminary sketch, I will issue a 95% refund.
If order cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances on my behalf, I will issue a 100% refund.
IV. Revisions:
Commissioners will receive a preliminary sketch with the option to request any revisions.
Major revisions (i.e. additional characters/items) that are not included in the order inquiry established prior to payment, will not be provided.
Commissioners hold the right to request minor revisions and color adjustments until completion.
V. Copyright and Usage:
Signatures or watermarks are not to be removed from works. If used for commercial use, commissioners will receive a non-watermarked version upon delivery.
Commissioner is allowed to use artwork for promotional use on social media with proper attribution.
VI. Commercial Usage:
Tier I commercial use - use for streaming and video footage:
Included in base commission fee.
Tier II commercial use - use for merchandise or profit:
Commissioner must pay "Tier II" commercial rights fee.
